Overview
Looking for a career that will take you places?
The Associate Degree of Global Hotel Management prepares you for a career in the international hospitality and tourism industry.
Delivered through The Hotel School, the course combines academic learning with practical industry experience to build the skills needed for roles in hotels, resorts and service organisations around the world.
Students develop a strong foundation in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Units cover key areas including food and beverage operations, accommodation operations, marketing fundamentals, events and finance.

The Associate Degree also provides a pathway into the Bachelor of Global Hotel and Tourism Management for students wishing to continue their studies.
This course is offered at The Hotel School campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
All applicants for The Hotel School are selected on their individual merit. While recent academic performance or professional experience is used as an indicator of ability to undertake studies at a tertiary level, applicants will also be invited to an interview as part of the final application process.
