describe the accommodation sector, its various forms, and its relationship with other sectors within the hospitality industry

compare and contrast front and back of house operations and their influence on the guest cycle, experience, and profit

illustrate how to enhance the guest cycle to meet the needs of target markets and achieve profitability

discuss building a service culture to meet the needs of target markets through self-reflection and collaboration.
