Learning outcomes

identify and critically analyse the role of management in digital information and technology systems in hospitality

analyse the suitability of a range of digital information and technology systems in a hospitality setting

analyse the challenges of integrating digital information and technology systems to drive enhanced guest satisfaction and profitability through self reflection.
