Delivered at the Hotel School, our unique partnership with Mulpha Australia, this course covers theory and practices within the industry, finance, management and communication, as well as food, beverage and accommodation operations.

This course is also a pathway to the Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management, providing up to eight (8) units of credit towards this course.

All applicants for the Diploma of Hotel Management are selected on their individual merit. While recent academic performance or professional experience is used as an indicator of ability to undertake studies at a tertiary level, applicants will also be invited to an interview as part of the final application process.
