Unit Summary
Unit aim
Examines the ways digital transformations are reshaping the total tourism experience and how tourism operations are increasingly facilitated through digital technologies. Provides students with the conceptual understanding of the relationship between digital technologies, tourism and broader society, as well as helping them to develop pertinent skills in designing a digital solution to a tourism problem and in analysing impacts of the solution on tourism experience and management.
