Unit aim

Introduces students to the core knowledge and skills needed to practice as a contemporary planner in statutory planning and development assessment. A key emphasis in the unit is understanding and applying the skills needed to undertake development assessment (statutory planning) at a range of levels.  The unit is delivered in a collaborative environment through a studio model.
