Unit aim
Offers students, as emerging practitioners, the opportunity to build on their capabilities to enter the workforce as they learn how to support others in the workplace and to adapt to continuous change and the rise of new roles and responsibilities in nursing and the healthcare environments. Students develop a portfolio demonstrating their acquisition of knowledge and clinical experience as relevant to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) Registered Nurse standards for practice and their commitment to lifelong learning.
