Unit aim
Explores the experiences of people with complex mental health presentations, comorbidity and risk behaviours. Learners will critically explore mental health treatments and models to formulate collaborative responses that meet and are reflective of consumer need. Learners will critically explore and apply risk management tools and principles, demonstrate an applied and critical understanding of the legal, policy and ethical frameworks that applies to acute mental health practice.
