Unit aim

Provides students with the knowledge and skills to manage the strategy process and to engage in strategic thinking in order to assure the long-term success of an organisation in highly competitive environments. It examines all aspects of the strategy process – strategic analysis, choice and action – and puts it in context. The unit develops skills in analysis, interpretation, communication and evaluation. To accomplish these goals the unit is structured around case analysis of real organisations.
