Unit aim
Analysis of foundational concepts of project management and evaluate current trends in project management practice and research. Students partake in structured learning activities and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of core project management concepts in practice.

1. Project Management Introduction, Charter and kick-off
2. Communication plan, WBS, and RACI
3. Time Management and Cost Management
4. Progress reporting scope change, and crashing
5. Risk management and quality management
6. Procurement, teams and project closure
Learning outcomes
