Unit aim

Introduces students to hotel operations within the framework of sustainable business. The unit examines a variety of concepts and issues such as sustainability, corporate social responsibility, the sustainability of hospitality and tourism, planning and policy for sustainability as well as the management and implementation of environmental management systems.
