Explores the technical and creative processes of production operations commonly used in convention, exhibition and event management in order to provide students with the ability to apply the technical processes of production operations: on-site management, hazard management, and staging. The unit investigates effective means of evaluating options and making the selections required to successfully manage a range of diverse events in a variety of contexts and apply complex production planning documents.
