Unit aim

International management covers the major elements of the managerial process that transcends country borders. Examines the reasons why multinational organisations elect to become transnational in their strategic operations. Topics covered include cross-border collaboration and strategies for exploiting the knowledge that grows out of those strategic alliances, the evolving global role of transnational organisations and a consideration of important ethical issues that confront the international manager.
