A practical, professional workshop in the process of interpreting, organising and delivering recreation programmes and services. Concentrates on programme planning, leadership and evaluation.

5 Explain the role of the event manager and apply this knowledge to the sport industry;

7 Describe the role of the venue, logistics and marketing in relation to events.
