Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

2 Define and explore the roles of specialist supplier organisations and facility and venue providers in the conduct of conventions, meetings and exhibitions
3 Identify and explore resource supply and budgetary considerations in the planning and operation of a business event
4 Plan, develop and present a bid proposal to host a conference and exhibition.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
