Unit aim
Introduces students to legislative provisions contained in the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003 (NSW) and in particular Schedule 3 of the Conveyancers Licensing Regulation 2015 (NSW). Addresses professional ethics and behaviour in conveyancing practice. Includes examination of selected matters pertaining to practice such as employment.

4 | demonstrate knowledge of the important business and practice skills required to be utilised by the effective licensed conveyancer in contemporary commercial legal and/or conveyancing practice. |
