Unit aim
Provides the opportunity to research and analyse relevant legislation and case law and critically examine the role played by corporate law in modern society. Key legal principles will be explored with particular reference to the development of partnership and corporate law, rights and remedies of members, internal structure and corporate governance, obligations and responsibilities of corporate officers and insolvency administrations.

Learning outcomes

4 | demonstrate an ability to learn and work independently within broad parameters as defined by the assessment requirements. Included here is the capacity to find, access, manage and evaluate sources of information relevant to partnership and corporate law issues |
