Unit description

Provides students with the opportunity to plan and execute a substantially independent research project in an area of particular interest that may be related to coursework or professional expertise.  Building on the research skills developed in earlier stages of the degree, students will refine their analytical and critical research skills and produce an academically rigorous research paper.

This unit involves undertaking an independent research project and developing a piece of sustained academic writing.
