Unit aim
Introduces students to the global legal system, and specifically global business law. It is important for all persons who are working in, or would like to work in, global business in some form, whether it be in exporting or importing of goods and/or services, to have an appreciation of the role played by the law in regulating global trade between nations. Where appropriate, emphasis will be placed on examining international business related legal questions that are particularly relevant to Australian business.
