Unit aim

Introduces students to the legal system of Papua New Guinea as well as aspects of business law. The unit focuses on the law of contract and also considers negligence, consumer protection and agency, with an emphasis on legal problem-solving. The connection between law and ethics and the role of ethics in business are also explored.
