Unit description

Takes the intersection of international economic activity and international human rights as the new issue for international law and practise by examining the source, validity, scope, definition, violation and enforcement of human rights obligations.

5 Critically analyse the strengths and weaknesses of each enforcement mechanism.
6 Demonstrate skills in oral presentation of research and argument
