1 Identify and explain the role of international organisations in the global economy and the protection of human rights
2 Critically analyse the interrelationship between international trade, commerce, aid and human rights
3 Identify the interrelationship between economic social and cultural rights and the Rule of Law
4 Identify and explain the legal and quasi legal means by which human rights obligations may be enforced
5 Critically analyse the strengths and weaknesses of each enforcement mechanism.
6 Demonstrate skills in oral presentation of research and argument
