Addresses the fundamental principles governing commercial law. Focuses on the common law and statutory principles relating to commercial transactions, including the sale of goods, e-commerce, credit law, agency and insurance. Also discusses other related areas, including the law of trusts, partnerships, bankruptcy and bailment.
