Unit aim

Examines the practical application of mediation skills including the relationships in mediation, as they relate to the mediator and to the parties. It will examine the techniques to help resolve disputes, specifically interpersonal disputes, commercial and multi-party disputes. Students will be required to display a practical application of various mediation skills required to respond to specific disputes assigned to them.
