Unit aim

Provides the student with an understanding of the litigation process, with the emphasis on the institution and carriage of proceedings in the most important jurisdictions. Emphasis will be placed on preparation and drafting of statements of claim, defences and all the other technical documentation required to commence and/or defend a matter in the various courts.
