Unit aim
Introduces students to the reality that conceptions of culture differ. The Aboriginal conception of a living culture is presented through examples from traditional historic and contemporary events. Practices in Aboriginal cultural strengths and resilience, from spiritual connection to everyday humour, are investigated.
