Unit aim

Examines the employment life-cycle from branding image and attraction, to employment transitions and termination. HRM operational processes and practices will be described and the role of HRM professional in building the human capital of the organisation will be explored. This unit builds on learning of the employment relationship in the unit Managing Organisations.
