Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
understand and be able to articulate the importance of organisational culture, power of the situation, and change for organisational performance
understand national culture and its influence on organisational culture, change, and performance
perform and interpret organisation cultural analyses
understand the basics of leadership for organisation cultural change.
