Unit aim
Enables students to apply event project planning and management techniques to conventions and events. In particular, students will be introduced to various aspects of the event management processes including: undertaking feasibility studies, programming, logistics scheduling and resource allocation, work breakdown structures and Gantt charting, cost estimation techniques, and budgeting.
