Unit aim

Develops an understanding of exercise and consideration of changes associated with chronic metabolic diseases such as overweight/obesity, metabolic syndrome and diabetes (gestational, Type 1 and Type 2).  Endocrinological polycystic ovarian syndrome and sleep apnoea will also be covered.
