Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

2 investigate and document views of health that have shaped the occupational therapy profession including those of the World Health Organisation
3 investigate, analyse and document information about occupations, health and well being through professional interviewing
4 demonstrate ethical and professional communication skills that reflect professional values in occupational therapy
5 demonstrate key professional behaviours and meet all professional experience requirements prior to, during and after professional experience placement.
