Unit aim

This unit investigates pedagogical theory relating to the teaching of athletics and aquatics. Students will explore the continuum of learning from teacher-directed to self-directed approaches.  Students will apply these pedagogical concepts to their personal and practicum-based experiences in athletics and aquatics.

5 demonstrate well-developed written and oral communication skills, as appropriate to the needs and expectations of the profession.
