Unit aim

Explores historical and contemporary developments within the field of curatorial practice, spanning commercial and public art galleries, art fairs, artist-run galleries and community arts platforms. The unit provides a means for understanding contemporary curatorial strategies by addressing cultural, theoretical, political and economic issues that underpin a range of exhibition systems.
