Unit aim

Develops media, material investigations and studio skills at a more advanced level and continues with an emphasis on individual expression. Students are encouraged to develop a critical capacity in regard to their own work and the work of others. Concept evolution and presentation skills will be encouraged in readiness for self-directed work. Gallery and exhibition skills will be further addressed. Occupational Health and Safety and studio procedures at a level required by professional artists are covered.
