Unit aim
Builds on the curriculum of Digital Photography I, introducing advanced creative techniques and ideas for camera work, lighting and personal expression. Students are encouraged to use these in a context of their own choosing to complete a finished set of works. Using studio-based approach it introduces the history and concepts of a variety of photographic genres.

- Preparation of digital files for output
- Review of contemporary photo-based production methods
- Photography and text
- Photographic theory
- Review of contemporary photographic genres and styles
- Prepare photographic works for exhibition
- Occupational health and safety issues
Learning outcomes
