Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
analyse the impacts and incidence of, and contributing factors to, child maltreatment
critically analyse the influence and impact of policy and practice on child maltreatment
analyse how issues of power, ethics and values impact and influence the delivery of services within the context of protection
demonstrate the use of evidence based child protection practice, including reflective practice
