These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

demonstrate an understanding of the role and function of case management and care planning in the context of supporting Australians within a community setting and within current community care service arrangements

demonstrate an understanding of professional responsibilities and practice skills and an ability to critically reflect on self as a professional

demonstrate an understanding of the value, legal, and ethical issues impacting on case management and care planning

evaluate case management models and underlying theory for effectiveness and comprehensiveness and identify strengths and limitations of various approaches.
