Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
apply the general principles, terminology, equipment, and team roles that form the foundation of veterinary practice
apply a range of effective communication strategies for veterinary teamwork while utilising veterinary medical terminology accurately and appropriately
demonstrate the ability to collect, review and collate information gathered in a veterinary setting
practice critical thinking and reflective practice to address issues or problems in common veterinary scenarios whilst considering a diverse range of cultural or ethical perspectives.
