Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

Understand the importance of aviation and non-aviation factors to successfully establish and maintain sustainable air routes

Analyse and discuss key managerial, operational and regulatory aviation concepts and issues

Apply the theory involved in aviation management to a digital simulator aiming to establish an airline as a profitable enterprise

Demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and analytical skill, report writing and communication skills in discussing the management and operation of international aviation
