demonstrate knowledge of the tourism system and contemporary theories and practices
identify and analyse the social, cultural and commercial elements of contemporary tourism and their impacts on stakeholders
demonstrate the capability to develop and propose a tourism product that meets the needs of diverse stakeholders
demonstrate the knowledge and skills to reflect on the challenges of meeting the increasing complex demands of stakeholders in the tourism industry.
