    It is assumed that students have a sound knowledge of, and skills in, reading and writing at a senior secondary level. Reading and synthesising academic journals and texts inform the construction of the academic writing tasks in this unit. A basic knowledge of the APA 6 referencing style is also assumed. Must be prepared to travel at least 90 minutes to and from an early childhood setting or school for professional experience placement
