1 apply both standardised and non-standardised assessment procedures with clients and interpret clinical data using the International Classification of Functioning (ICF) framework and relevant Competency-Based Occupational Standards (CBOS) to support clinical decisions.
2 identify intervention targets and formulate intervention plans and implement intervention in line with relevant elements and Units of the Competency-Based Occupational Standards (CBOS) and evidence-based practice information
3 apply appropriate interpersonal communication skills and ethical behaviour with people in the clinical context at all times
4 produce effective intervention sessions that demonstrate use of evidence-based practice and International Classification of Functioning that lead to appropriate recommendations and referrals through professional reporting as summarized in the Competency-Based Occupational Standards (CBOS).

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
