Unit description

Introduces students to the nature of science through core scientific disciplines. Students analyse and in some instances solve problems in real-world contexts involving scientific observation, measurement and experimentation. The unit also supports students to develop foundational academic skills, including literature searching, referencing, critical thinking, academic writing and scientific communication.

Learning outcomes
