Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
synthesise knowledge of chronic conditions and co-morbidities associated with respiratory/pulmonary and kidney diseases and cancer
evaluate evidence based practice for the provision of exercise intervention for chronic conditions
explain the provision of safe and effective exercise interventions for clients with chronic conditions within a multidisciplinary practice
apply knowledge of chronic conditions and co-morbidities to the provision of effective exercise intervention
apply clinical reasoning to the provision of effective exercise interventions for clients with chronic conditions and related co-morbidities
