This is an advanced-level unit. We advise that students have either completed at least 4 other Master of Project Management core units. Alternatively, ensure you have sufficient project or mid to senior-level business exposure.
Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
Integrate projects into programs allowing for a controllable and manageable level of systems complexity
Critically analyse and critique simple and complex theories underpinning project management
Skilfully negotiate complex environments to ensure overall project and program success
Map and design systems and evaluate complexity within the context of project and program management
