Unit description

Evaluation of the complex project management processes including: integration, portfolio management, systems mapping, flexibility and adaptability. Students undertake structured and problem-based learning converting the theoretical and practical application of managing portfolios of complex projects.

Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. Skilfully negotiate complex environments to ensure overall project and program success

Map and design systems and evaluate complexity within the context of project and program management
