Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
analyse contract types and the contract-performance relationship
evaluate theories and concepts underpinning buyer-contractor relationships as it pertains to project management
creatively negotiate project plans and incentives to achieve the highest level of group-benefit, without sacrificing performance
evaluate the legal, financial and technical components of project contracts.
