Unit description

This unit considers the fundamental management and enforcement of the terms of a construction contract throughout a project's lifecycle, ensuring all parties, e.g., clients, contractors, and suppliers, meet their obligations. This involves a range of activities from contract preparation and negotiation to managing changes, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements, ultimately aiming to keep the project on time, within budget, and of required quality and expectations.
