Unit description

This unit considers the fundamentals of the process of acquiring resources and services, managing contracts, and applying relevant legal and ethical principles. Key topics include procurement strategies for different project types, contract law fundamentals, risk assessment and management, and the use of legislated domestic contracts and relevant Australian standards.
