Unit description

This unit considers the fundamentals of construction for 1 to 3-storey residential and commercial buildings and safety occupation legislation and associated codes of practice. In particular, it covers building foundation and footing, superstructure, building enclosure, and associated ground works.

justify residential construction strategies that address compliance, risk, and ethical considerations across diverse project environments.
