Learning outcomes

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
select and perform physiotherapy assessment of neuromusculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions of the head, neck, trunk and pelvis, integrating a clinical reasoning framework
design, implement and critically evaluate physiotherapy interventions for neuromusculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions of the head, neck, trunk and pelvis, integrating collaborative interprofessional practice
effectively communicate with client, the medical team and other relevant stakeholders
apply person-centred, evidence-based physiotherapy management of neuromusculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions of the head, neck, trunk and pelvis for optimal client health and well-being, that is collaborative and culturally responsive
