Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
apply the biopsychosocial model for clinical management and musculoskeletal and workplace rehabilitation
develop rational clinical reasoning and problem solving skills in the construction of management plans for simulated patient cases common to osteopathic practice
develop knowledge of the principles of musculoskeletal and workplace rehabilitation
demonstrate competency in constructing and applying appropriate return to work management plans for patients based on the principles of workplace rehabilitation
